This page explains how Digital Locums (“we”) handles personal data on digitallocums.co. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Questions go to hello@digitallocums.co.
What we collect
From you, only when you write to us or use the two-task form: email address, and the job details you choose to send (tools in use, role, task you want handed off). Phone number and name only if you include them in an email.
Automatically, the host may see an IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do not run advertising pixels. We do not use a scored quiz. We do not collect payment card data.
The email field on the form is required so we can send the two tasks back. The other three fields are the brief. Nothing else is asked for.
How we use it
- To reply, write the two tasks, or scope work you asked about.
- To keep the site working and diagnose abuse of the form.
- To meet a legal obligation if one arises.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not send marketing mail unless you have asked for it. We do not use the form answers to train a public model.
Who sees it
The people who take the brief. Hosting and mail providers who process the message on our instructions (currently Cloudflare for the site, and the mail service named in the host’s environment if the form is live). We share data if the law requires it, or if the practice is transferred and you are told.
We do not send personal data outside Singapore without a contract that keeps PDPA-level protection in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and do the work — typically up to two years — then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Write to hello@digitallocums.co. We respond within 30 days. There is no fee unless a request is excessive.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes. Continued use of the site after that date is treated as acceptance of the updated page.
