A digital locum practice · the people on the brief do the work

We step into the gap.
The work starts moving.

Unused AI and tools. Data nobody trusts. A project with assigned resource. Digital Locums comes in for a stretch, works with the team, and leaves when the gap is closed.

How the gap usually shows up

Most people are referred here for one of these.

The team has AI. The work has not moved.

We get people fluent in AI inside their own job. From "not aware that it exists, not certified" to actually "using it on Tuesday afternoon."

This is what we mean by AI bilingualism — the domain is the mother tongue; the tools are the second language.

Get AI into the work

You bought the software. Nobody logs in.

Hands-on work in the tools already paid for — Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and the rest — until the team can run them without a chaperone.

You have data. You do not have answers.

Analysis and dashboards that show where the pipeline leaks and where the budget is being quietly wasted.

You need the specialist. You do not need the hire.

A role covered on contract for a few weeks to a few months. In for the stretch. Out when the seat can stand on its own.

How we work

The people who take the brief do the work. A specialist in data, martech or L&D is brought in only when the job needs one — not parked on a retainer, not learning the brief second-hand.

No account team handing notes down a chain. No junior bench practising on your week. Almost all of the work arrives by word of mouth, so if someone pointed you here, let us know who when you write. That is usually the fastest way in.

if the gap is unused AI

Get AI into the work

This is not a paid course and not a test. If you already have the tools and still do your job the old way, we write two short tasks around your work for you to get started. You try them in the week. That is how to get started on using AI.

We write them. Not AI-generated. We like AI — we use it. This part we still do ourselves.

1

Tell us the job

What AI you use today (if anything), what the role actually involves, and the one task you would gladly hand off.

2

We write two tasks. You try them this week.

Built around your tools and that one job — then used inside the real work, not in a classroom.

3

Tell us how it went

Let us know what worked and what didn't.

getting started on AI

Congratulations on taking action. We promise you will get acquainted with your AI tool very soon. You will receive an email from getstarted@digitallocums.co

Expect the two tasks within two working days.

We only use this to write the two tasks and reply. Nothing is sold on.
